We’ve expanded our genomics offerings with the launch of our Direct RNA
Transcriptome Sequencing service, using Oxford Nanopore Technology. This new
service enables amplification-free, long-read sequencing of full-length RNA molecules,
providing researchers with deep insights into transcript isoforms, structural variations,
RNA modifications, and poly(A) profiles that prove challenging with short-read
sequencing and amplification-based approaches.
Leveraging the latest ONT v14 chemistry and PromethION P24 platform, our Direct
RNA service delivers comprehensive raw and analyzed data, including FASTA files,
BAM files (upon request), and transcriptome annotation reports. Typical turnaround
time is 7 to 15 business days.
